Ascentage Advisors and Madison Park Group actively tracks the Built Environment ecosystem. We are particularly interested in investments and M&A activity at the intersection of 3 key technology areas:

• Reality capture via photogrammetry, lidar and IoT tools, complemented by mobile-enabled construction management tools
• Artificial intelligence (AI), including computer vision and machine learning, applied to progress and productivity tracking as well as safety management
• Augmented reality (AR) solutions accelerating design-construction integration/constructability reviews and facilitating construction quality control
